I’ve been there, people pleasing the boss whose requests never end and never produce lasting fulfillment for me. Staff that are only half committed because they don’t feel supported are caught in the wake of the politics of the system. When results lack and panic takes over, the whole team, including me, is caught in the maze of chaos. Then, I forgo my authentic leadership for quick results and “bold” action, leaving everything on my shoulders without a team. Now, there is a chronic system of isolation and burnout. No one wins, no one grows, and we all feel separated. No one wants to lead this way when they sit and think about it, and no one has to. There is another way.

This is a tool I created after years of my own chronic stress and struggling to find a way to stop the cycle. It works. It's flexible and easy to use. It is a repeatable pattern of successfully checking in with yourself to stay aligned with your authentic self. Values, beliefs, boundaries, behaviors. It helps me stay on my foundation of Leadership and values, especially when things become stressful around me. Instead of frantic control and micromanaging, the team trusts me to get us through the fog, all on the same page, with shared goals, each contributing to a successful outcome. I am a strong leader.
